After more than 10 years on the Kinks mailing list (even before it
officially became the Kinks Preservation Society), I've seen plenty of
bonhomie and flame wars - even started some of both myself.

But one guy, true rocket scientist Neil Ottenstein, deserves the award
for herding all us cats and keeping us in line. He's always been the
rock on which the KPS is built, and for that he deserves all the
praise we can't quite put into words.

Cheers, Neil. Someday I hope we'll meet in person - I'll buy you a
drink and we can discuss the Kinks ... and "Doctor Who," too. ;)
